Hello CopyNighters!

CopyNight this month will be at our usual time and place.  I think an excellent topic to discuss is the proposed Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act.  This bill would apparently grant explicit powers to the Justice Department allowing them to pursue injunctions against domain registrars worldwide for the purpose of taking down pirate web sites.
